What reviewers say:
“Truly a magical location. The accommodations themselves are top tier, yet now slightly older as the resort opened in 1999. I say that to make it clear this is not the location with all the new architectural digest designs or latest in resort design principles, yet it exceeded expectations in every way.
The staff here was unparalleled. Nowhere else have I ever felt so cared for. So pampered. The people here, from the front of house to the spa to the guides/trackers took a vested interest in your happiness and executed at every step along the way. Whatever you wanted was never far away, all you had to do was ask and you’d be greeted with a genuine smile and interest. You will leave here with a new lease on life.” – Danny Slaughter.

What reviewers say:
“Much smaller than its beautiful big sister Lebombo, Sweni is more intimate and quieter. The decor is bold and modern whilst retaining a friendly demeanor. A little too dark for my taste. The kitchen is open and you can watch the chefs create. The food is healthy and delicious. I received a warm welcome.” – Regina Fugat.

“If only Google had 10 stars I would award it without hesitation! THE most spectacular time spent at Earth Lodge. Every single experience, moment, detail, service from staff just top notch! The wildlife was superb and you HAVE to ask Jabu and Leslie to be your Rangers - I have not enjoyed time out in a game park as much as this. The best sense of humour, knowledge of the animals and plant life and all round company. Each and every member of staff just so happy and well trained in customer service.
My compliments to ALL at the Lodge who made our time there so memorable. Thank you!” – Justine Edwards.

What reviewers say:
“I went to Dulini River Lodge with my husband for our honeymoon, and it truly exceeded all expectations. I knew it would be a beautiful lodge and a great safari, but the people are really the best part. We ran into travel difficulties (cancelled flight) and they were quick to modify our stay and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed.
Every detail of the lodge is stunning and the experience is so well thought out. The food is top-notch! I'm vegetarian and I could not believe what the chef was able to come up with - I want a cookbook! The room is beautiful and feels like a true escape. I've been on safari before, but never on a private reserve and it was incredible how close we could get to the animals. Also, being right by the river allowed for great sightings even just from our room! We spotted a rhino from our plunge pool every afternoon!
Special shout out to our tracker, Observe, who has the most amazing bush eye for spotting, and another big shout out to Positive who's the kindest person. We felt so lucky to have Patrick as our guide who is thoroughly knowledgeable and gave us the best experience.” – Monisha Kothari.
