We had the most amazing birthday celebrations weekend here at Jacana. From the moment you enter Mjejane Game Reserve the service was 10/10. At the lodge you are met with beautiful views over the river and we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets from the pool and wooden deck. We were entertained by two brother elephants playing the whole day just like boys do. Sometimes rough and then suddenly all good walking side by side down to the river for a drink. Had the most amazing night drive, following two lions for a long time. This trip was filled with anxiety and pure wonder. Memorable indeed!
The lodge has the most beautiful rooms (with aircons)!  5-star!! And outside showers which I really enjoyed. The whole living area is an entertainers dream.  (Coffee machine, ice machine, dishwasher). Spent most of the day in the pool with cocktails.  Happiness and laughter. The night sounds of birds and animals were a delight.
